Join the WOMAN Challenge
I just joined the WOMAN Challenge, a free 8 week fitness challenge where I can go online to log my steps and track my activity. It's a great program offered by the Office on Women's Health and I wanted to let you guys know about it. I joined with a bunch of my co-workers--we're going to start walking at lunch time, which is a great way to stay motivated. I'm hoping to lose 5 pounds.
