A Little Motivation

Today is the first day I've gotten in a bikini, and I've been telling myself for the last several weeks to get on my fitness plan...a little toning here, a little run there, that's all I needed...right?

Wrong, my glutius is looking maximus and I can't delay any longer!!

Today is my second day and I had letters to write for my family, so Instead of writing down notes, getting all of the garbage out my head and following my morning stretching routine...I ran straight to starbucks, downed a grande iced latte and wrote for 3 hours...it wasn't exactly the jog I intended it be! I do feel a little better as I did walk the 3 blocks there!

I'll be blogging on my daily progress and giving simple tricks and tips along the way on simple fitness and how to really get results!

I'll also be setting up a google groups page based around the modeling industry, from fashion to foreign markets, beauty products, tips and tricks...and much more! Keep an eye out for that, and ladies, anything to help motivated me is appreciated!!!

Thanks and good luck on your fitness goals!

My motivation was also bad and I was very negative, until one day me and my husband had decide to have a challenge. The challenge are, the one who become first at 10% body fat, is the winner. So the winner get something what he/she wants. For example. If I win, I get a week spa treatments, if my husband win, he get a bow.
So that help me to stay motive and positive and let me work harder on my goals.

I hope my little motivation will help you to achieve your goals.
Good luck

Jeanne, are you sure you want to get to 10% ? at that % you are at the edge of eating into your essential fats and risk serious health problems, 10% on a woman is equivelent to around 2% an a man.

I know 10% is pretty low, but I want to pick a high target to keep me constantly motivated. I'd like to end up anywhere between 10-15 %

In my humble opinion high or unrealistic goals can set us up for failure. If you set lower more realistic goals and just re-evaluate them at intervals as you progress, you're more likely to succeed and to remain emotionally healthy in the process.

wouldn't mind getting to 125 lb. if it's healthy muscle!
