Toning up butt
Hi all, I'm new to this site, and I wanted to know if anyone could help me. I've seen so many ways to exercise and I try most of them out but there are times when I lose my motivation simply because I have a time limit but don't know if my goal is realistic or not. I'm slim all over apart from my butt, back legs and thighs. I've lost a lot of weight these past two years but I now want to finish up toning my butt, so it is more raised and is firm, preferably smaller too. I want to do this by August. What exercises are realistic enough to reach that goal, even if I don't do them all everyday? At the moment I walk min of 30 mins about 5 to 6 days a week. I also do occasionally leg lifts and squats. Please give me a detailed routine that is sure to get me to lose weight.
p.s from the widest part of my hips all around I am 40 inches. I want to lose about 4, maybe more if my shape allows it.
