Hi there

I'm doing a study and need some working moms to please provide some answers (i'm not one yet). please help, asap! thanks so much

1. how many hours do you exercise in a session?
2. how many sessions do you do per week?
3. do you sacrifice other activities to find time to exercise? if so, what?
4. what time of the day do you exercise?
5. what form of exercise do you do?

G'day, I have 3 kids, 2 are Autistic

I don't have a traditional job as such, I am a registered carer which is much the same as a full time job but with longer hours and no holidays

I workout for 1.5 - 2 hours in a session
4 sessions per week
Yes, I sacrifice all other recreational activities to work out, my training times are the only time i have for myself.
I exercise from 1 - 3 PM as this Is the only time I do not have an Autistic child with me
My exercise is heavy weight training.

I'm a working mom with 3 kids. I have a full time job. Fortunately we have flex hours, so i just have to get my 40 hours in every week. I usually work 4 days for 10 hours each, then I have Fridays off.

i get home pretty late, so there's not much time to work out, but i squeeze it in either right when i get home or when the kids get in the bed at 9pm.

my workout sessions can be 30 min to a little over an hour depending on the day and how i feel. i do weight training 2 days a week, cardio 3 days a week, and yoga for one day. right now i'm doing Tony Horton's P90X workout. It's intense! Sometimes it's hard to get the workout in especially with a 7 month old, but sometimes he likes to watch. when he's fussy, i have to stop and take care of him, or put him on the floor next to me or something.

i always feel better after a workout, so it benefits everyone!
