Stomach and hips

hi

As a new member ive mainly joined because im gettin very frustrated!

I go the gym around 5 times a week, i began doing this about a month ago, I also eat well and try and eat 3 times a day!

Yet my body is quite trim apart from my waist line, my stomach is so buddah like, and my hips are in a way'fat'. It really is annoying me, i have tried Adios tablets, i have tried 'fat burner tablets also.

Why is it not going?

Has anyone got any advice please, on excercises , tablets or anything that could help

Thanks

What sort of weight are you aiming for, and how tall are you? Eating 3 times a day should be absolute minimum and it depends on what you're eating; higher salt intake can result in fluid retention etc. But apart from exercising and eating sensibly there's nothing else that can be done. Exercises that target the abs will tighten the area up in conjunction with sensible eating etc. It sounds like you're not really overly weighty, since you mention your body is quite trim, and all women store the fat on their hips.

Check your body fat level

http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/librar...calculator.htm

and compare with norms

Try to reach about 20% of body fat in combination with targeted and correctly performed ABs and legs exercises
