Is my workout routine ok?

I am 21 years old with height of 161.5cm weighing about 115 pounds.

I work out about 3 times a week, sometimes more depending on my schedule. And every time I go, I stay on the treadmill, either running, or power walk on very high level of inclines for 30 minutes. Usually by the end of 30 minutes, I would have burned at least 300 calories. Sometimes, if I feel energized enough, I would also work on other cardio machines (elliptical trainer or cycling) to burn an extra 50 - 100 calories. Then I would go lift 5lbs - 15lbs dumbbell lifting (3 - 6 sets of 8-10 reps, depending on how i tired i am) followed by abs exercise: crunches/situps.

Is this a good workout routine? What should I change about this to make the most out of it?

i am aiming to lose 4-5 pounds and am consuming a healthy diet of under 1000 calories everyday.

You are exercising and lifting weights, a diet consisting of under 1000 calories a day, whether healthy food or not, is not adequate.

i need to burn fat and i think this diet currently works for me. and it is a very balanced and healthy diet. also i am quite small standing at 5'3.5 so my calorie intake is quite minimal. i eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole wheat bread. and chicken every now and then for meat. I really do not see anything wrong with my diet.

however, i am more concerned about my workout routine since i do not have a fitness trainer to tell me what to do.

If you're after a full body progam, this link will help you put one together:

If you're after only targeting certain body parts see here:

At 5' 3" you should be consuming around 1400+ calories for basic metabolic function and with the amount of exercise you do, it is closer to 1600-1800+ calories...but that's ultimately up to you. No trainer would recommend anyone exercising on such little food intake. I'm 5' 3" and eat a whole lot more and am losing weight through my training. With under a 1000 cals you may not be consuming enough food to take in adequate nutrition and may well end up feeling tired all the time and you could end up with more illnesses because the body will drop it's defences first since that is the least important in relation to the workings of the internal organs etc. Eating less, does not mean that you will necassarily lose weight, sometimes the body holds on to the weight even harder.
