Losing Fat & Gaining Muscle + Protein...HELP!
Hi! I am new to this forum and I really hope you all can help me. I have been drinking muscle milk protein shakes after my work out and really like them, but now I am seeing all sorts of things that say muscle milk will make you gain weight instead of helping you lose weight, I wonder has anyone had any experiences with it? I currently do cardio and weight training alternating days and only take the protein shakes on weight training days. My goal is to lose fat and build lean muscle, but there is so much contradicting info out there I need real people's experiences to decide. Thanks in advance for any help!!!
