I was at Target the other day and I came across this new Workout cd called Total Workout! It's continually mixed with no gaps so its the perfect companion for my workout routine! I goggled the name and it looks like you can buy it at Wal Mart, target, Best Buy, Amazon, ect... I would definitely recommend it because the songs are from classic artists you will recognize like Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Kelly Clarkson and lots more!!
