I need to refind the motivation I had at the beginning of this year. I couldn't get enough of working out and I was eating so healthy. I had lost some weight and was finally starting to feel great about myself. I got really sick and then sustained an injury and everything fell apart from there. Now here we are at the end of the year and I have gained everything back and a few more!!

Ugh! No matter what I do I cannot seem to get motivated I just feel like all that hard work went out the window and I have no idea how to get it back!
Any ideas?!
