Question How do you find time?

I'm trying to put exercise back into my life but I have very little time available. I know this isn't unique to me. I want to start something now that will continue to fit into my schedule once school starts (I'm a teacher). My typical day will be as follows:
Up by 5:00; drop daughter (8mos) off on way to work; work 7-3; my 5 yr old will get out of kindergarten at 3:10; pick up daughter; dinner/homework; bathe and put kids to bed.
After the kids are asleep is usually when I get my time. But that means taking care of the necessities: cleaning up, laundry, getting things ready for the next day and, of course, work. My husband doesn't get home until after 6:00 and doesn't offer much support. On a good day, our workload might be split 70/30. I don't belong to a gym and don't own any cardio equipment (budget is tight). What are good ways to fit it in? Any tips you have I would appreciate.

The easiest thing you could do is go for a quick run/cycle? If you upped the intensity you could get a good workout in around 20-30mins

even talking a 20 min walk around the neighborhood is better than nothing! Also, you can do things around the house such as calf-lifts on the stairs, leg lefts holding onto a chair, crunches, etc

try to encorporate it into what you already do. like if you're going up the stairs..tell yourself that everytime you have to go up the stairs you'll go down and up twice.
