Eating right is a rather diffucult things these days, no one knows how to slow down anymore.
The best thing you can do is cut down on your sugar intake, try to avoid breads, pastas and rice, and try not to eat proccessed foods (frozen dinners, canned veggies, proccessed meats and cheeses).
I would also reccommend a daily vitamin suppliment.
Theres several articles on the site about proper diet and nutrient intake, and, thankfully, they're all accurate, and none of them try to sell you anything.
