Do you workout with weights?

I'm curious, who does weight training as part of their weekly routines?

I don't, because when I get tired of running with them I can't just leave them on the side of the road. I suppose if I worked in a gym, it'd be easier to use them.

I don't because there's no gyms anywhere near here and so far push ups, crunches, squats have kept me busy enough.

Weights make me feel really sluggish. I'm just not strong enough to use them with my workouts yet.

Slysara - you don't have to be strong to work with weights, just start low and work your way up!

That's still pretty good

I do a weights circuit in my gym, twice a week -- love it! It took me a while to into weights...and the guys in the weights room don't make it any easier! My strength and flexibility has reallly improved since tho

Thank you Katie!

I was going to get some weights to start weight training at home with but school sorta stopped that. But I only have 2 exams left and one assignment for the year! Yay!

Anything that can help build up your strength is good And, women don't need to use as much weight as the guys so any bodyweight exercise is great!

If you cant get to a gym, any exercises that use your own body weight as resistance is good. For example, step up's on your stairs. If you can hold anything with weight thats even better... even your baby will do! Increase that weight to loose it!

But I do work out with weights at my gym, when i dont I feel like i havent gotten the best work out. I think genetics have alot to do with it too. If i dot keep up with my legs they will go to jelly with in a month.
