I don't think this week's session is worth commenting on...I think I should have remained on the meds...weight load this week is only around 5,000kg (I reckon, it's not even significant enough for me to be bothered to work it out) although I knew if I was ill it would be affected...that's the way it goes Cardio was only one session, but at least a decent one.

Not a lot, but one cardio session and a few weights is better than none at all I guess.

I'm very much hoping next week will be better, I've put meds back in and they're now staying that way until I see the specialist...I'm through mucking about with dosages, it's screwing up my workouts...fingers crossed for next week.

This week's seesion went a lot better than last week.

2 full cardio sessions completed, and one cycle ride, which I'm counting as my 3rd session, since I never just go for a trundle but when out on the bike, and we had high winds at the time. Next week, I'm intending making certain 3 full sessions are done, with any luck.

Weights this week, total: 17,080kg (BW not included in the equation, even though BW exercises were done).

Very happy with this week's exercise, looks like I'm almost back on track.

I was using new trainers today because the last pair had split right across the sole, but I need some cushioning in the form of insoles, other than that the footwear is fine.

20 minutes in to the hour cardio session I had to break and lay down for 5 minutes to let pain subside (not footwear related), so I stopped the watch and restarted it when I began again; the issue just means any really high intensity bounding about will have to wait until the latter end of the workout so that the pain clashes with the time that I finish, which means I can then lay down and not lose momentum in the middle of the workout. Always a way around a problem

Apnea went well, as did weights earlier on.

60 mins of cardio and a session of O2 apnea yesterday evening. Hadn't got new insoles yet, so I used a different pair of trainers and have raised the step to it's highest level so that my workout is almost identical to the original workout of 7+ years ago....that seemed to work better than any alterations I have added to the workout since.

60 mins of cardio done today. This evening was a slog, and my will to continue had to override the sluggishness I was feeling, but got there in the end
