No problem.
Well Saturday went even better than expected and I have a new personal best of 2 minutes ...really good since I started out at 40 seconds. I'm on a high at the mo...as you can imagine.

Today started the new table, and as always a bit concerned to begin with, especially now that it's twice the amount of time for a hold as four weeks ago. But all went well again...I only did a bit of weights tonight cos I've only just stopped study, so time to breathe a bit, and get to a full routine in tomorrow...I really had to plough through a book and wanted to finish today's task...otherwise tomorrow would not have been a day to look forward to...thanks to superhornet my holds are going better now.

YAY...today's apnea was great too...I'm on a high
Although, 'cos I didn't feel exactly full of beans this morning, I chose not to push for a max attempt at the end of the table, and just satisfied myself with an 80% hold, which was still daunting after a new max. I gave exercise another break tonight, after getting a really stiff back and shoulders from yesterday's study, but am hoping to get back to it tomorrow, in the meantime, I just continue to eat

Apnea okay again, although I still normally get a contraction on the very first hold; maybe I should do a few warm-up holds...actually I think I should be doing about 3 warm-up holds anyway for each table, but have accidentally overlooked that; I must write it on the sheet. Then afterwards, I can see if it affects contractions within the actual tables themselves...I'll go do that right now before I forget

Thanks Lazylifter.
This afternoon, I decided to fit my weights in because I'm going to hit the sack early. Weights went well, and I remembered to make a note of the warm-ups for the apnea table, so I'll see how that pans out tomorrow morning...but so far so good.

The warm-up breath-holds apper to have worked. I managed to hit 2:30 today, am I on high or what
Skipped this evening's apnea cardio routine because I did a session using the stairwell at college yesterday whilst waiting for a lecture to start ...so I wasn't really missing out, I just figure if I've already done my session elsewhere, no need to overdo it...much better for the system.

I had these typed up earlier, so I thought I'd paste them here too, but they're not usually in this format; they're normally just listed as start and finish time of hold. They at least give people an idea of what I'm up to, in general...but the times, as laid out in the following tables, will be increasing next week again.
CO2 static is at 50% max (as worked out from last week's max, not the new max, as of today). The O2 table only reaches 80% of max hold, which is why it ends at 1:36 and not 2:00. Training tables are never at full/max hold values, and ventilation times are personal choice, but going down to 15 seconds is more challenging, which is why I do it that way. Longest hold in the O2 table, 4 weeks ago, was about 35 seconds, so the improvement can be seen in the current tables below.
CO2
Ventilate 2:00 Static 1:00
Ventilate 1:30 Static 1:00
Ventilate 1:15 Static 1:00
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:00
Ventilate 0:45 Static 1:00
Ventilate 0:30 Static 1:00
Ventilate 0:20 Static 1:00
Ventilate 0:15 Static 1:00
O2
Ventilate 1:00 Static 0:45
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:00
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:05
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:10
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:20
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:25
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:30
Ventilate 1:00 Static 1:36

Training going well, hit a 1:40 on my CO2 table this morning after my final 15 sec ventilation, so really good improvements going on, which will benefit all other areas of exercise. New tables prepared ready for next, I'm going with Thurday's max, because an increase of 30 secs is not to be sniffed at.
