I could get in the water now, but I don't think people would appreciate me skinny dipping, need to buy at least a swimming costume first, I reckon.
Seriously though, anytime is perfect, but I'd prefer to get my degree out of the way first, one less thing on my mind. I did some dynamic apnea on te way to my haircut appointment, earlier today, you know...walk from one lampost to the next etc whilst breath holding, then recover, then repeat...it certainly makes for interesting cardio.
Did my table this morning, which went well, skipped this evening's cardio, which I was looking forward to, because I have an assignment to get written by tomorrow evening, so it's all hours of study at present. Got all my collating of hopefully all the necessary info, and all I need do is write up the 3,500 words tomorrow

Got my assignment done and also managing to get a couple of hours forum surfing...tomorrow I get to try my 2:00 minute holds. Although I'm looking forward to it, I'm still apprehensive about the length of hold even though I know perfectly well that it's only 80% of max, I wonder why that is. I decided to walk lengths of the living room while evening meal was cooking, and managed to do 8 lengths with breath hold = approx 120 ft in total, I think , not bad at all.

I got my tables mixed up in my head, tomorrow is actually the O2 table day, wit today being CO2 training day; so today was just the 1:15 which is 50% of my max (2:30 max) hold; the table geeting progressively harder as I only get 15 seconds to get my breath back toward the end of the table, but all went well, and surprisingly no contractions suffered, even though the hold is now twice as long as my starting holds used to be and with them I used to suffer contractions when I hit about 30 seconds...so, all in all, everything is going swimmingly Will let you know how the 2 final 2 minute holds go tomorrow, after which I normally try for an all-out ready to base next week's tables on...I know, I'm completely and utterly mad
I skipped the weights session, which I've missed emotionally, due to a headache that is borderline migraine, bought on, I reckon, by yesterday's intense writing and researching of 3,840 word assignment...so, I figured I deserve to rest a bit and let the head ease itself off; maybe tomorrow I can do a 50/50 of weights and cardio in the evening, if not I'll see if I can squeeze it in somewhere.

Apnea went okay this morning and there was no problem hitting three 2:00 min holds
I managed to do my weights this eveing, and that went well too, although I was too tired to follow it up with a small amount of cardio, so just did 8 minutes cardio afterwards, for the hell of it really...but it did prove the point that apnea cardio after apnea weight training just doesn't work

Thank you Lazylifter and Trusylver, I have to admit even I'm thrilled with the 80% times 3 holds....I somehow think the current world record of 17+ minutes is safe, certainly no threat to the record from me anyway
Apnea went nice and smoothly again this morning, with my last tester hold reaching 1:30. I know that sounds odd after me reaching 2:00, and even odder since I can reach 2:30 minutes, but here's the breakdown for future reference, for people following the log.
Holds, tables, and recovery periods (ventilation):
2:30 = My current PB after an O2 table and after a 2 minute ventilation (so well rested).
2:00 = My current 80% hold in the O2 table (done twice at the end, followed by the hold mentioned directly above), and after only 1:00 seconds recovery to perform the hold; so, it gets harder, at end of table due to already having built up from 1:00 hold, adding 10 secs to each hold thereafter etc.
1:30 = My current best test hold at the end of the CO2 table, performed after only 15 seconds recovery period; so, CO2 levels are higher, which makes it harder to maintain the hold. But, 1:30 under those circumstances is good well, for me anyway.

Okay, so I took my nose-clip to college for the first time today, which means I didn't have to pretend I was scratching my face whilst hiding the fact that I'm pinching my nose shut with the other hand...people would just find that toooo weird, so nose-clip is perfect, although when you pass someone they may just stare a little...
So, I managed to beat my PB distance at college, though I don't know how far either the shortest or the newer distance actually is, only that it is 1/3 longer than before, and it's one corridor in length. The college stairs went quite well too
I just know that someone one day will break my concentration by asking me something, then I'll have to go right back to the start again to do the walk...today, one of the staff waved, thankfully not close enough to speak, otherwise it would have been 'what are you doing?' whilst expecting an answer from someone who's not intending breathing till they reach the end of the corridor...I mean, what would you do, ignore them and possibly offend them, or gesture that you want to get to the door first, or stop the training and speak...I think I'll just go with the second option when required.

You should write out a little sign and whip it out of your pocket, that'd work.
