Ok so what day is it today?
Wednesday

This morning

Standing shoulder press 4x10
Upright row 4x10
Bent over row 4x10
Bent over row onesided 3x8
2x10 Standing calf raises
2x8 Seated weighted calf raises
2x10 lunges

BB 10kg DB 5kg

Afternoon
Scraping Wall paper (wonder how many cals this burns)


This evening

10min Running
10min bike
2x8 core rotation 8kgs
2x10 leg press 26kg

And I got a phonecall asking me to work tomorow!
I'm gonna be exhausted, my fitness maddness will have to wait til the week end now :-(

Also I think I actually look thinner, could be my mind playing tricks on me or could be the fact that I wasn't wearing my glasses

Did get to the gym to do 30min.

5min Running warm up
Benchpress 16kg 2x8 :-(
DB FLYs 12kg
Lat Pull down 30kg 3x10
Leg Adbuction Machine 68kg 2x10
Leg Adduction Machine 68kg 2x10

Gym was really busy and I was sharing the bench so will go back saturday and do more.

Cleaning and gardening all day, including mowing with manual mower!

What a great workout! I feel great, think I might be coming down with a cold but I'l just take some Vit C and get on with things I think.

Tuesday

Sore throat was really bad, when I got home from work there was no way I was going to the gym. Had few glasses of red wine, not so good for the diet but always find it helps with a sore throat.

Wednesday

Woke up feeling much better, had a conference to go to during which I spilled a cup of coffee all down myself But thats another story...

Gym
8min Running machine
Stretchs

Chest Press 16kg 4x8
Incline Bench press 16kg 3x8
DB Flys 4kg each 3x8
Lateral raises 4kg DB 3x8
Lateral raises on the cable 3x10
(really low weight cos its the first time I'd used the cabels and there was someone doing situps right under it. Didn't want it flying off into her face or anything.)

20min X-trainer
