Tuesday

7min Running warm up
close grip bench press 4kgDB's 3x10
Skull crushers 4kg db's 3x10

Rows 3x10 16kg 3x8
Abduction/Adduction as usual
Leg press 35kg 3x10
Reverse grip curls 8kg DB's to fail
X-trainer15min

Kept the weights low tonight mainly because I felt weak (probably should have had a snack before) but also I feel like I've got enough bulk for now. So i'm concetrating on my weak areas.
Namely Triceps
(I think Trusilver got my share )
my dodgy neck
and bringing bodyfat down a bit more.

I'm back on a pretty normal diet now just keeping the protein high and the simple carbs low.

Hi LazyLifter,
your journal looks great! Can I ask you about your avatar? Do you use those gyro-balls at all? I've seen them at the sports shop and wondered if they were good, and what they worked - is it forearms?

Hiya Puffin, those are crystal Dumbells, very small and attractive weights. The idea being that you leave them lying around like ornaments rather than having to put them away.
I would LOVE a set but can't find a UK suplier
