it was hard to get into the workout today, I kept the weights light as i think i must have been sweating bourbon after last nights Angels concert.
I am catching the train to Brisbane in the morning and spend friday night in a motel right next to the stage in the Queen street mall ready for weight in on saturday morning at 8 am lifting begins at 10 followed by a long train ride home when i should hopefully be able to report some good results on sunday
