I've just read through your journal and I'm amazed at the weight you're pushing!! It looks huge!! I guess it's all relative, but I'm on an EZ bar with a total of about 15kg for a bench press which is pretty poor! It's a good read though, thanks for sharing with us.

PS - I love it that you call it a "dreadmill". heh heh heh - i can relate to that.
