The fish & chips weren't worth the calories--sometimes it's good to be reminded of stuff like that.

The appletini, however, WAS worth it

3/24 Weigh-in 146.5 and 38% BF

I'm fighting something off--tickle in my throat. I can't get sick because I'm in a women's chorus and we are in a big competition this weekend. I have to be able to sing & dance my best.

I also don't want to lose my momentum with working out. I guess I will take it day by day.

Voice is gone today--can barely talk . I am bombarding myself with immune support tactics.

I just need to rest with competition coming up. I will get back on track with my workouts next week.

One thing I can commit to is avoiding all the high calorie snacks & alcohol that will be in front of me all weekend--it's a big party once the contest is over. I must go shopping and bring my own good stuff to fill up on.

I'm back and sick--feel horrible. Just went to the MD and got antibiotics--boo.

I won't be working out today. Didn't go too overboard on the eating this weekend--a few extras, but not out of control. I passed on eating a lot of unnecessary stuff.

I'm feeling better and I got over to the gym. Tomorrow I will do a more extensive workout.
