5/9 Cardio 30 min elliptical
Hi Lazylifter - Thanks for asking. I need all the encouragement I can get.
I have some routines written out from various trainers I have had or I do a FIRM dvd, Supercharged Sculpting, with a step box and hand weights.
The trainer routines are mostly hand weights: bicep curls, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs, bent rows, lunges with weights etc. Just "old-lady" tone-up stuff not super body building
