Lot's of birthday calories, another bladder infection so no exercise...I think I'm in the thick of menopause--not feeling great. Out of town this weekend so hope to get back to some weights next week. Glad I have this tracking to keep me from going out of control.

have you tried black cohosh? it's supposed to soften the blow of some of the unpleasant menopausal hormonal fluctuations. but everyone's different.
how are you coping with the bladder infections? hopefully not too much antibiotic invasion 
don't lose heart! it sounds like you're doing all you can and things can only get better if you keep up the hard work!

Great vacation! Motorcycling (on the back) down the coast of Big Sur, CA.

Lots of extras: wine, beer, gourmet food. I'm back. Going to get in 12 workouts before my quartet singing competition on 7/10.

Thanks! Stik. I appreciate the encouragement. I'm still on antibioics, but hopefully this is it. I've tried several natural menopause remedies with some success. I think excercise is one of the best things you can do. But you have to do it

Did some research and I don't think it is a bladder infection any longer. I have bladder irritation and I'm pretty sure I have been poisoning myself with coffee. So I am laying off that and eating non-acidic foods. Also taking some bladder support supplements. Feeling better today...
