Karens Fitness Journal

Hi Everyone!!
Im new here. I finally broke down and joined a Forum after my boyfriend has been bugging me to for the past month. I think it will help me gain a little more motivation and some great suggestions.

This is my journal and I will try my hardest to update everyday, even if im not too happy with that day.

Also when I have a bit more confidence I will post weight and measurments.

MAY 15th 2009

Exercise
Flat Bench 55lbs: 6,7,6; 60lbs: 5,4
DB Military Press 10lbsx2: 14,9,8,8; 15lbsx2: 4
DB Rows 20x2lbs: 15 25x2lbs: 6,9,9,9

Food
I forget what I ate that day =/

MAY 18th 2009

Exercise
Sledgehammer.
1 minute on/1 minute rest 8 rounds. (boy was I in PAIN)

Food
Oranges
Watermelon
Two Primal Strips
Mixed Nuts
Salad w/Sunflower seeds

Definitely need to increase your food intake, especially protein intake...

Push-up: 7,19,20,28 (on my knees)

Hey Karen,
how tall are you and how much do you currently weigh and how old are you? Sorry if you already posted that info - just didn't see it. It's important info to have in order to be better able to give you more useful feedback about your health plan. Maybe you aren't on the forum for feedback and maybe more for a place where you can feel accountable about your workouts and diet plan. Let us know if that's the case but I think a couple of us with experience are chomping at the bit to share more about what we know works for what you might be trying to acheive.

6 oranges really don't have that many calories in them. I'm only concerned that what you are eating doesn't appear to be reaching 700 cals a day, but you may have a very good reason for that, or maybe the portions are bigger than I'm assuming...as Stik has said maybe you're not here for comments or advice on diet anyway. Your training looks good though.
