So I little background. This past year I have lost aprox. 50lbs and on the last 15-20 lbs. I have been back at it for a 2.5 months now I took a break for awhile during the winter months.I am 153.lbs I want to be down to min. between 130lbs and 135lbs. I am 5'3" and 24 years old.

Eat
Raisin cinnamon bagel w/ cream cheese
carrots and dip w/ hand full of BBQ peanuts
yougurt and banana
2 hard-boiled eggs
English muffin toasted w/ 1oz cheese
Chicken Breast
1500mL water
Large double double
16oz juice
can of coke zero

Exercise
20 min treadmill
crunches 20x5
swiss ball crunches 20x3
pelvic thrust 12x3
air bike 30x4
ball knee crunches 20x3
plank knees in 12x3
plank leg raises 12x3
seated twists 20x5
back extensions 15x3
swiss ball push threws 20x3
v-sit on bosu ball 20x3
