My weight losing journal!

Since i moved together with my boyfriend i gained a lot of weight, 20 kg, which is pretty bad shock and stress for former dancer. I have changed my diet. i eat more often and less and i also drink water a lot(i hate water). My goal is to lose 20 kg. Now i have been jogging(30+min) every another day and doing everyday cardio(20-30min) with core(10-20min). My problem is that i love exercises like aerobic and badminton but cant affort them!

I also would love tips and suggestions!

Glad to see another journal, they're always inspirational.

Try to find cardio that you can do without the need to pay anyone; cycling, skateboarding (once you have the board etc), use a stepper (one of those that you can ust slide under the bed), do fartlek training to spruce up your running sessions etc, there are so many options out there; type in sports to Google and take a look down the list, there may be something you hadn't thought of, that you may feel like giving a go.

What type of dancing did you used to do, ballet, ballroom? Is there any way you can incorporate that training into something new? Or do the dancing training alone? Just thoughts...

Well done for fitting the cardio before breakfast.
Its "easier said than done" but it is suposed to be better for weight loss.
Although I find I have to have a coffee before.

same here This morning i found cardio workout video in youtube billy blanks workouts so im doing his cardio this morning for 30 min! i couldnt yesterday go outside and run since there was raining really badly. also every another week i go once to swim (cant affort to go more often). I measured my waist today and it seems i have lost 4 cm!! (thought i just ate ) and scales show that i have lost now 4kg instead of 2kg! Im soo happy! but thinking about how much i still have to lose is just depressing so now i found little time for exercises so heres the list what i have done during this little time:
crunches 3x25
reverse crunches 3x11 (I just hate this one!!)
bicycle crunches 3x20
then i had to do my work for about 30 mins, then i continued
dumbbell squats 2x15 (2kg dumbbells)
dumbbell lunges 2x10 (2 kg)
then again work, after about hour i returned to do
clamshells each side 1x25
calf raises 2 x 25(one with 2kg weights)
hip extensors 1x30

I have to stop jogging it was last jogging yesterday. Ill have to find alternative for jogging, mainly i want something i can do at home. now cardio again this morning for 30min. breakfast: oatmeal made with juice(both yuk as always) and one hard boiled egg. i feel like giving up nearly all the time, i dont have any support here. friends dont understand why should i lose weight, boyfriend thinks i dont need to lose weight and myparents are afraid ill do something stupid like quit eating.
