I had a tummy tuck 5yrs ago and have a flat stomach and can feel my abs. My weight is 1351lbs and I exercise 3-4 x/week. When I am wearing a bathing suit or shorts with a bikini top I have a skin (or fat??) that rolls over and it is very embarrassing and frustrating with how much I work out and eat healthy that I can't get rid of it. I have been working out for 10yrs and eat pretty healthy. Another problem is my legs look great until I sit down in shorts, the fat between my legs is just disgusting and I work out my legs with squats and machines... can anyone help me with these two problems
