Hello everyone my name is Kylee (BluBell) I live in South Adelaide, South Australia.
I am 32 years old, Married with 3 children aged 13, 10 and 8 . 1 Boy and 2 Girls.
I gained no weight with my first but with every child after that I gained 10 kilos per pregnancy.
I am only 5 ft 3 inches so it really shows when I gain weight.
I became a stay at home mum and gained even more weight (up to about 75 kilos).
Then I went back to work when my little one was 2 and I worked 7 days a week, 10 hours a day and I soon became worn out, depressed ( was receiving harassment at work from my boss) and shown no appreciation.
For the year I worked 7 days a week I saw very little of my kids and husband and when I was at home I slept.
Luckily my husband was awesome and did all the house work and managed the kids for me.
I decided to go back to school in 2006 ( I went to Tafe and completed my certificate 3 in horticulture.) During that year I decided that I was sick of my weight and how I looked ( I had ballooned to over 80 kilos) so I changed what I ate.
I ate apples and drank lots of water during the day. Also I ate very small portions of food at tea time. I walked 10 kms a day, used the exercise bike and used my ab doer (amazing piece of equipement).
I ended up losing 25 kilos in 8 weeks then for the next 7 months I lost another 10 kilos so I lost 35kgs altogether.
I had a reasonably toned stomach and upper body but my legs and butt still weren't really changing.
I moved here to Adelaide and due to having to work 6 days a week and stress from work and my husbands job I have gained back weight, and lost my toning and I am so annoyed with myself for this.
I need support, guidance and back up.
I didn't rest at all during the 9 months exercising and wore myself down.
I also didn't do any weight training which
i have now found is very important for the lower half of my body.
I had no support and I really had no real knowledge but I am proud of my efforts I want to be a fit healthy person , I want to feel good about myself and I want to be able to wear a bikini to the beach..
I hope to learn stuff here for a better way of life and to not have to spend hours exercising to get great results.

Welcome to the forum. The war may have just begun but you won the battle if you have gotten to the point that you are ready for a change. Good luck! Keep us posted on your results.
