Default Hello from the UK

Hi everyone,

I'm from the midlands in England, UK.

I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for 5/6 months. I do an hour cardio (20 jogging/ 20 cross trainer/ 20 cycling). and then some weights. Just thought I might get some ideas on here of how to change and improve my workout. especially in relation to toning and weights as I just do a mixture of the machines at the gym and hope for the best. Its good to get some expert advise.

I'm not overweight but I am a pear shape so any bodyfat sits on my bottom and upper legs, I have noticed an improvement but would like more!!!

hope to learn lots and get fit and toned!!
