Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am not new to exercise and fitness. I am a personal trainer and nutritionist, but...I just had my third baby (well, 4 months ago), and well..I gained a few pounds and because of complications, could not exercise the entire pregnancy. So now I need to lose about 20 more pounds to get to my goal weight, and seriously tone up. I lost it all. I haven't been training since I had the baby, and that has bummed me out. Just basically looking for some support, and here to offer support to all you ladies out there too! It helps so much to have someone who understands what you're going through. Husbands just don't seem to do that, lol.
