Hi everyone! I thought I'd introduce myself...
I am an Army wife with 3 kids, ages 5, 4, and 2. Currently my husband is in Iraq and I have decided that I need to start working out again to de-stress and get back to my former fitness levels.
My weight issues are different than most, in that I struggle to keep/put on weight and reach a healthy level. I am quitting smoking and trying to eat healthy. I hope to find encouragement and ideas on how to accomplish these goals here.
I love to cheer people on, so I hope that I can do that for you all as well.
