I have been married for 4yrs. and have 4 children, from 1yr. to about 8. I have a 71/2 yr. old boy and my husband has a girl the same age as him, then together we have 2 children. I've been a stay at home mom for 4yrs. and usually love it. My husband started getting me into this working out kick and now it is addicting. I did really good with going daily if not twice a day until I had my daughter, but I've decided enough is enough and I am getting into shape. I am now meeting with a personal trainer three times a week and love it. I am not a big person but I would really love to get toned up and see muscle. Any suggestions would be great.
