I'm 42 years old and have been working out 3x per week for the past 3 years (with a trainer). Although I have dropped down to a size 6 in my jeans (from a 12!!), I can't seem to get rid of the midsection rolls! I tend to look for blowsy shirts because that section looks terrible! Should I increase cardio to 5-6 times per week? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!!
