New Here & Need some suggestions
Hey Everyone,
I'm looking to lose weight & tone up. I'm 24yrs old 5' 1" and weight 120lbs. I just recently started working out with my boyfriend. Obviously I'm not wanting to bulk up and he's been making changes to his workout routine to accommodate to me. Any suggestions on workout ideas would be awesome.
Also ask far as diet goes I need a few suggestions: I'm going to throw a curve ball into it. I have celiac disease...pretty much I can't have anything with wheat, flour, etc in it. I need ideas for things I can eat before a workout that will help me get through my work out (usually 30 - 45 minutes of weight training & next week we are adding cardio)
Again any suggestion would be awesome!
