Hey everyone! I'm new here (duh)...lol.

Anyway, I've been working out and running for a few years, but tend to fall off the wagon every few months. I realized this morning as I was dragging out of bed to go to the gym that it is MUCH easier to stay on the wagon than it is to fall off and have to climb back on.
I have run several 5k's, 1 10k road race and a 10k trail run. I'm picking up the running again after a break, and I can tell that I am out of shape!
Well, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
