Talking new here-forgot to introduce myself!

I found this site by searching a certain topic, and found lots of other stuff I liked! I have 2 kids and teach spec. ed., so working out is a must to handle stress. I have always struggled with being consistent, so reading everyone's advice has helped motivate me over the last few days. Keep up the encouraging advice!

I'm glad you like the site. I hope you stay with us. I also use exercise as my destress time. I push myself as hard as I can go especially on those days that I am really stressed or worried. When I feel that sweat pouring off my brow it just really makes me feel good. Especially when the AC is on 63 and the ceiling fan is on.
