Hi! I'm new here.
I'm a 24 year old mom of 2 (1 and 4 ys/o). I'm done having babies, so I'm ready to get back to my fightin shape from pre-marriage
I've lost 16lbs so far this year, and am about 10lbs from my next goal. My goal is to get long and lean, and learn to eat clean (which i'm workin really hard on right now).
I do not have a gym membership, so all my work is done at home. And I have to be sure my kids are entertained while I work out, so heavy weights, etc, aren't in the cards for me right now.
I am also training for a 5K (my 2nd) in June, and the Susan G Komen 3 Day in November.
Most of my exercise is smaller weights, pilates and lots and lots of cardio (I walk 8 miles 2x a week, and try to go for shorter walks/jogs in between those).
