Hi folks
I'll be forty this year and last birthday I decided I'd try to be forty and FIT, not forty and fat.
I started fitness training with a personal trainer in late December 2008 and have also incorporated weights into my workouts now. It has been great as I've never been fit, never been sporty or played sport of any kind.
I'm enjoying training at home, I've set up some bits and pieces as a gym in my garage and it's going well. Glad I found this site - I've got some specific questions so I hope this is the place for it!!
