Default Looks like a cool site for women's concerns

SADDLEBAGS are my problem. I finally lost that 5 pounds and I'm working on the shape of my thighs.

I've been doing hydrants and leg lifts, but haven't noticed much difference yet. I'm living on yogurt, Slimfast and salads mostly.

I'm 60, 5'7", weigh about 136 and am in pretty good shape, but preventive measures must be taken to prevent spreading.

What's the best way to trim down the sides of my thighs?

Hello. Anything aerobic will help. Spot training doesn't do much, as our bodies lose fat equally all over, for the most part. Once you lose enough in other places, those lil guys will start waving bye bye to you!!!!
