The Great White Workout, I presume you mean...I sat there thinking 'What Workout?' then it dawned on me what you meant. The answer is simple, nowhere! It's what I've named the workout that I do, and I never publish it, it was devised by me and I gave it that name...it seemed an appropriate name

Post it up on the forum in one of the other sections and people will get around to looking at it as they come on, and there should be a good deal of feedback, but I don't personally tend to comment on people's routines, because I figure they all have merit and if they are working that is what is important. Mine would be considered 'overtraining' by quite a few, but I don't see it the same way, which is why I refuse to post it ever...it works for me, surprisingly from year to year too, which in theory according to a few people it shouldn't do because it's a full-body routine done 3 times a week. But some of the others on the forum will be more than happy to give feedback.
