Hello all! My name is Tina, I am 27 and live in Northern CA. I have recently started to try to get a grip on my health and body after a 4 year battle with a rare form of bone cancer that left me unable to exercise much or do the things I want to do. I feel tired often and dont have much energy, as well as have been battling some depression as a result from my sickness as well as feeling like I am not a "normal" 27 year old woman! I used to be very thin and fit (about 110-115 lbs), runing up to 6 miles a day when I was in high school, but after 2 babies and my illness my weight is up about 15 lbs. I joined Curves and have worked out twice this week but want to be somewhere where I can stay motivated!
