Hello!!
Hi, my name is Rachel and I've been sort of lurking this forum for a couple weeks now. Everyone seems to be genuinely helpful, so I figured I'd join in. Hopefully I can bring something useful to the table while also learning from you all.
About me:
I'm 25, a mother of a 3 yr old girl, 5'8"ish and 159lbs. My goal was to get down to the super low 140s, but since I do weight training now (I didn't used to), I'm not so sure that's feasible. We'll see.
