Default tummy issues

hi this is roxane......... i have tummy issues. i've started going to the gym.notice small results everywhere but my tummy. any advice?sit-ups i've already been doing.. roxane

What are you eating? I see people at the gym doing an hour a day of cardio and they still have a big tummy. I suspect it's the drive through they take at Jack in the Box on the way home!! But, seriously, take a look at your diet, as that could be the culprit.

Thats very true, also I recomend taking probiotics, and are you taking a protein shake after your workouts? Working out will NEVER be enough if you don't change your eating habits. As we get older we need more protein and way less fat. I know that it's hard to get rid of the "kangaroo pouch" but we can do it.

Yep, I agree. Take a look at your diet. You need to be eating less than you're burning, simple as that

Ok, I'm new to this work out regimine world. I was always told that protein shakes were more for the people that wanted to add bulk, instead of slim down. Can you direct me to some information so I can use this to my advantage. Thank you!
