Hi Miri, I'm new too! Just signed up today. I've been thinking about doing something like this for a while, I'm very interested in health and fitness and enjoy talking to like minded people.
3 years ago I lost 25kg (approx 55 pounds) and its stayed off thanks to healthy lifestyle changes and a lot to do with education. I'm always trying to learn more about the body, food, excercise etc.
Losing the weight is an exciting and interesting journey, I wish you the best of luck with yours. Well done on your achievements thus far!
