Glad to find you, and looking forward to progressing in my fitness goals, and reading about your progress and tips too.
My goal is to lose about 50 lbs, and have already lost 3, and plan on going for 1-2 lbs per week as a reasonable pace until I reach my goal.
So I'm joining for motivation and support!
