I am new to the board, and just wanted to introduce myself... I am seeking some answers on a few things, as I am new to exercise; etc and want the best outta my routine...but, I wanted to introduce myself first!!
I am a married female in my early 30's with a 14 y.o. son and several pets... LOL!! I work in sales and exercise at least 40m a day in my home and recently started taking ZUMBA a couple times a week.
My fave cardio dvd's are Zumba; Turbo Jam; Biggest Loser; and Barry's
So, there ya have it - hope to gain much insight from you gals, as well as share my knowledge *new found* as well
