New to weight lifting

Hello,

I am a 44 yr old woman, who has a body fat comp of 37.8%. About a month ago, I started lifting weights.

Right now I will do cardio about 35-45 min., then start my weight training. One day I will do biceps and back, then the next day I will work legs and abs, and then the next day I will work triceps and chest.

I am unable to go to gym on Fri. and Sat., so I get this work done Sun. thru Thurs.

I feel more energetic and am getting stronger. I have been reading Tosca's clean eating exercise book, trying to get more educated on the art of lifting weights. There is a lot to learn, but I am enjoying it tremendously. I feel like it is becoming a little addicting, in a good way.

That's great Cathy! Sounds like you have a realistic plan and you're well on your way. I hope you'll keep us posted on your progress.
