Starting.

Ok! So I need to lose weight. I used to lose it so quick, but now it takes for ever. Im only 27 and dont have kids. Do you guy's have any suggestions on what to try. Im trying to stay away from diet pills but if anyway knows of any good ones I would be willing to try them. Im 5'6 and 190 the heaviest I have ever been. Please help!!!!!!

well,you've made a good first step by joining the forum. the support helps to keep us honest

good old fashioned exercise and watching what you eat is the best way to go.
make a realistic plan and stick with it.

keep us posted and post up more specific questions. you'll get good feedback if you want it.

I've never seen any evidence that diet pills work, so I personally wouldn't waste my money on them.

Tell us abit more about what you've tried so fasr and what your eatting and we may be able to help.
