hi there, I am new at this gym thing, although I am not new myself 45 actually. Started doing the body for life excersises 6 weeks ago and am now slowly kinda seeing results, like I said slowly. We are such a NOW GENERATION want to see results now ,,,quickly. boo no quick fix. However I never thought I would say it but am really enjoying myself. quite a lot of aches and pains tho.
