upsidedowncatfish is on a distinguished road
Yet another new member...

Hello, all! I am new to the board, but I've been working diligently (or...as diligently as I know how) on my state of fitness for 8 months now. I started out knowing zilch, and while I know lots and lots more now, I feel like I have even more questions than I did when I didn't even know enough to HAVE questions

At any rate, I hope to get some answers or at least some kind of direction from others with more experience than I. And I am happy to share whatever I've learned in my journey, thus far.
