right now i've been maintaining my weight
i've been doing weights with the guys that i workout with and i'm seeing some results but still weighing the same

i'm at 158 i wouldnt mind being at 148
i enjoy working out with weights
and i want to start up a good work out plan there
so i guess my goals in summary would be to
lose 10-15 pounds
and gain muscle

this isnt a bad deployment i just have and odd work schedule i work 1030 pm-630 am and never know when my schedule will change

so my main problem is getting in a routine because it never really works out that well

but we have a good gym
and a pretty good variety of food

we are on a air force base i dont know if that explains my surroundings or not
i live in barracks not tents or anything
